Over the past four years, despite many global challenges, the team has worked tirelessly to build necessary processes and systems to deliver high-quality luxury homes. These homes inspire our clients to embrace their unique journey of life. It hasn’t been easy, but our mission is clear and our commitment has carried us.
From a desk in our spare room at home to what we are now — a large team of carpenters, estimators, interior designers, architects, town planners, engineers and project managers — Pilgrim remains steadfast in its passion and devotion to craft. We are inspired to make a positive impact on this world while building truly beautiful homes.
The future is bright. We have constructed 30+ luxury homes and we’re only getting started. The 2024 pipeline is big. We’re stretching and learning (as we often do) and we’re excited to show you what we’re working on.
To mark a new era, we’ve refreshed our brand to align it to the future of Pilgrim – a movement in striking the balance between timeless and relatable, aspirational and approachable.
We’re also shifting into multi-residential spaces. Housing affordability is a continuing problem and we want to make everybody's dreams accessible.
